How does payment work?

Payment is expected in full at the time of reservation is due. Payments are accepted through credit card and the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. Failure to submit the full payment at the time of booking will not allow reservation to be completed.

What is the rental period?

The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental agreement and ends on the same date. Extensions to the rental period must be requested and approved in advance. Additional charges may be incurred.

How does the set-up + pick-up work?

Sustainably Blossomed rentals include all delivery, setup, and pickup. The pickup time of our rentals is 9:00 PM, and delivery within 30 miles of our homebase is included in the original rental price. The delivery cost for locations outside of the 30 mile radius is one dollar per mile on delivery and pickup. Pickups past 9pm will incur an additional fee of $200. An additional invoice will be emailed if additional charges are incurred.

*Price of rental item(s) is for 1 setup/location only. An additional fee will be applied to the total rental cost to have rental item(s) moved and/or setup in a new location during rental period. Representatives from Sustainably Blossomed are the only people that are authorized to move any of our rental items.

Please confirm with your venue that our rental(s) items that are booked for your event fit within the space.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation 120 days or more prior to the rental date will result in a refund of 50% of the total rental fee. Cancellation after 120 days of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

*If Sustainably Blossomed cancels rental, client will be refunded all fees in full.

Can I add flowers to the rentals?

No alterations, modifications, or additions should be made to our rentals.
